Have you guys listened to AATM yet? There was some serious Team Voice love going on this week. Rae gets her own segment where she mentions Deb, Heath gets an email read, I get called, and I call out Mike's number (Funny!). I didn't sound like a babbling redneck did I?
Anyway, I'm glad July is over. That means that I only have 2 more months of this "Hell on Earth" summer heat. Then maybe, I'll be able to train like I'm supposed too.
My miles for July was 83, so Rae, add that to our tally!
